Is my uploaded photo private?
Yes, 100%! We do not upload your image to any server. All processing (cutting pieces, scaling canvas, generating PDF) occurs entirely in your browser using the client-side JavaScript HTML5 Canvas API. Your files never leave your device.
How do I print the PDF at home?
Simply download our printable PDF, which generates two pages (A4 size). Page 1 is the reference picture, and Page 2 is the picture overlaid with black puzzle cutting guide lines. Print Page 2 onto thick paper (cardstock), then follow the lines with scissors or a utility knife.
Are the services completely free?
Yes. Slicing images, playing online, and downloading PNG layouts or A4 PDFs is 100% free with no watermark.
What dimensions or ratio should my picture be?
Our engine automatically detects your photo's aspect ratio and divides it into columns and rows that keep pieces as square as possible. Any aspect ratio (square, landscape 16:9, portrait 4:3) works perfectly.
How do I order a real cardboard custom puzzle?
Under the exports tab, we link to verified custom printing shops (like PuzzleYOU and CanvasChamp) where you can order physical puzzles. Since your photo is processed locally here, you will need to re-upload your photo on their site to place an order.
